The COBIT® 5 Implementation courses provides delegates with a practical appreciation of how to apply COBIT 5 to specific business problems, pain points, trigger events and risk scenarios within the organization.
In the COBIT5 Implementation path, you’ll learn ISACA’s methodology to implementing IT Governance and creating a Governance System based on the Implementation Lifecycle, its phases, challenges, best practices and supporting tasks.
You’ll start by learning how to prepare the environment within any corporation to actually implement IT Governance based on business drivers and the COBIT5 Implementation methodology. You will also get to know the COBIT5 Implementation certification exam, sample exam questions and its requirements. Then, you will study each implementation phase in detail, based on the official COBIT5 Implementation exam syllabus, starting by how to define problems and opportunities for a Governance of Enterprise IT Implementation. In the last two courses of this path, you will learn how to plan and execute a COBIT5 implementation program as well as how to realise benefits and review the program’s effectiveness. By the end of this learning path you will be ready to start working with IT Governance and to take the COBIT5 Implementation certification exam.
